I ordered a set of night guards once from this company in 2023. I've paused my subscription since then as I don't need another set. I've recently tried to cancel the subscription and after getting multiple emails from different individuals (it doesn't seem like they communicate with eachother and ask me the same thing over and over), i'm told that I need to pay $40 to cancel. This was not disclosed when I initially ordered. I'm tired of pausing and worrying that i'll be charged every 6 months for a new set if I forget to pause. The product itself isn't bad, but the customer service is awful.
