I ordered two different products (a night guard and a retainer) on one order from Remi. I was suspicious that they would not get my order correct when they sent me just one impression kit. When I enquired, they told me not to worry, I would get both products. When I finally received the shipment (seven weeks after placing the original order), they shipped only one product. Their customer service rep said they would expedite the missing retainer, but their definition of expedited is two weeks. Not what I expect for a service recovery.The night guard seems to be of decent quality, but plan on waiting almost two months to receive it.
