I never got a bit guard which would fit my teeth. I tried molding my teeth four times, had video instructions twice in the process, and even after their photo and video reviews what I got was two guards which were almost impossible to install and even harder to remove. After sending a second corrected guard which was identically tight, they stopped following up and I wasted my money on this. The molding process needs improvement and often there is not enough material included to mold both the top and bottom teeth for a large mouth.
