I have been shopping at the Shoprite of Avenue I in Brooklyn 1080 NY ever since they opened this location. And because it it close to Kensington Brooklyn where a mix of cultures resides. It's gotten worse. The people are unbelievably rude and obnoxious. For the third time not only a customer but a store employee walked through to the store while I was in the process of checking out, instead of using the designated entrance. I didn't want to escalate the situation and risk what happened once before were a customer attacked me. So when I did a Google review I made it clear that if there was no one behind me waiting to check out I would back out with my cart leaving my items behind on the counter. If anything was said I would simply walk away and start over. This tiresome and time consuming. But what other options do I have (none). This Breach of Duty and Duty of Care The owners know about this when I did Google review. Then there is the issue of dogs and scooters being brought into the store it both a health hazard and a safety issue. I find it interesting that the store manager will announce to a particular customer to get their car out of the loading dock area or be banned from the store. I don't know whether they would have towed that person's car.
