I pre-ordered a dress in early November with an estimated delivery by December 5/6. After waiting 3 weeks, I contacted the company to inquire about the dress, which was available for immediate purchase online. Eventually, the dress was sent out, arriving over 5 weeks after my order. The quality was subpar. I initiated a refund but was informed that only store credit was available. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; it feels like a complete scam and is unreliable!
