Review Time
I attempted to submit two reviews on their platform, but neither was published. The first review addressed the sizing of a dress, and I pointed out what seems like price gouging disguised as a 20% off sale (which has now ended without a price reduction). A dress initially available for preorder at $118 was raised to $158, and then during the holidays, the price increased to $178. This represents an outrageous markup of over 50% from the original price. They appear to be dishonest and seem unwilling to publish reviews that are less than 4 stars. This is a disappointing experience, and I won't be making any future purchases.

After waiting three weeks, I contacted the company to inquire about the dress, as it was available for instant purchase online. Eventually, they shipped the dress, which arrived over five weeks after my order. The quality was subpar. I initiated a refund but was informed that I could only obtain store credit. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. It's a complete scam and highly unreliable!

I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly with a slightly oversized look, which is exactly what I wanted. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable; I find myself reaching for it over other sweaters in my closet! Highly recommend!
I received a code after submitting my email and phone number, but it doesn't work. The system keeps adding package protection, which I can't remove. My cards already protect my purchases, so I don't need to pay extra for that. This was not a good experience.
It's been almost two months since I placed my order, and I still have received nothing. Customer service is ineffective; they just blame customs instead of taking accountability. There is zero transparency. It feels like a scam, and I advise avoiding this at all costs.
