The social media looks nice but the quality is not consistent and the customer service is not helpful, professional or friendly. I've ordered twice from here for a total of four items. The first time the quality was so cheap, but I gave it another shot. The second time, I liked the style but the size was really off on one of the styles I ordered and on another style the color was different than I saw online. When I went to make a return the options offered on the order return page said back to "Original Payment Method" so I assumed it to be true because why wouldn't it right? It was not. I was sent a credit. When I asked why I didn't get my money back to the original payment method they quickly shot me down with a copy and paste of their return policy which said that I could only get credit back. When I tried to show customer service a screen shot of what their return page looks like and what I selected and how that it is misleading they replied with a repeat copy paste of their return policy and said that they hope I find something else I like and an "xx" signature, which felt very cold and unprofessional. I reached out to the owner about the misleading return page but they just added the same customer service rep. They eventually gave me my money back and replied but it was unapologetic, stern, and unfriendly. They never acknowledged the misleading return page. However, I have been checking and can see that the return page has now been fixed.I know everyone is doing their best, but this was not it. Also, I submitted two product reviews and none of them were ever posted. I've had some great experiences with small brands but I can't say I will be supporting this one again. Sometimes the service makes it worth everything and sometimes it doesn't.
