I placed an order, but the app automatically reverted to my previous address. I quickly emailed to cancel and change the address, and was told it would be updated. Nothing changed, and the package was sent to my old address since no signature was needed. They haven’t taken responsibility for their mistake, and since I didn’t respond promptly (the order wasn’t dispatched for another three days), they now want me to file a lost parcel dispute with the carrier before taking any action. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but it’s being ignored. I wouldn’t trust this site.
