Frustrating Order Experience

I ordered shirts, and it took 46 days to receive them. The day after I got my order, I requested an exchange. After two months of delays and returning the shirts, I was told they couldn’t process the return after 30 days, even though they still had both my money and the shirts.

Disappointing Service!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a company. The tank tops arrived and were way too small, so I immediately requested a refund. Over the next four months, they claimed they were processing my refund. Eventually, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it had surpassed 30 days. The customer service is a joke, taking forever to conclude and then denying the refund due to their own delays. I would strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam.

Order Problems

I placed an order, but the app automatically reverted to my previous address. I quickly emailed to cancel and change the address, and was told it would be updated. Nothing changed, and the package was sent to my old address since no signature was needed. They haven’t taken responsibility for their mistake, and since I didn’t respond promptly (the order wasn’t dispatched for another three days), they now want me to file a lost parcel dispute with the carrier before taking any action. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but it’s being ignored. I wouldn’t trust this site.

Massive Scam

This is a massive scam; they market branded clothing but send you low-quality knock-offs. Plus, you have to pay a $15 processing and shipping fee along with a $15 restocking fee to return them. It’s a hassle. There are many one-star reviews, and I suspect the five-star ones are fake. Now, I have to request a chargeback through my bank.

Surprisingly Impressed

I didn’t think I’d be so fond of a tank top, but this one stands out. The fabric feels high-quality right out of the package, and the flat seams prevent any rubbing under other clothing. I’ve been reaching for it frequently.

The shirt I received was extremely small. I ordered a size up, but it still didn’t fit. Customer service quickly responded to my initial request for a return label but then failed to follow up despite multiple emails over a month. There’s still no resolution. Terrible customer service.
