My order hasn't arrived, and I've been given vague responses about it. I placed the order in October with a promised delivery date of 4/12/25. It was intended as a Christmas gift, but it won't arrive in time. This was my last purchase. Their reply only confirmed my concerns, with no mention of my status as a loyal customer!
