Today (a Sunday) I wanted to buy a PSN Card to buy a Game.
Came across this site, which had the best Prices and PayPal as an Payment Option.
Normally the Card is shown instandly after purchase but in my case there seems to be an Error.
I genuinely believe that I will recieve the Card tomorrow. But I came here with the hope that, I'll recieve the Card instandly.
That might seem unpatient, but I cant play today, which is quite frustrating. I dont want to spend another 80€ elsewhere and PSN Cards can't be returned, so I'll stick here.

Great service - as always. Have been using Shopto for what must be 25 + years now, and it's always a brilliant service. Resident Evil Requiem Steelbook and controller delivered on release date (some prior orders sometimes arrive early). And they're often always the best on price, too.
I was dubious about buying from this company as I had never heard of them, however after reading the positive reviews on Trustpilot I decided to give them a go. Most negative reviews seem to be people who have had their cards hacked somewhere else and then used on this site to purchase games. You can delete your card details after purchase and download if you are concerned about security.
I was very happy with my purchase of a windows PC racing game. The price was unbeatable and the steam codes arrived instantly, all worked 100%

Purchased three subscription codes for a service at £57 each in August 2025, but they failed to work. I reached out to the customer support team via live chat, and they informed me that the company had been instructed to withdraw certain codes from customers. To make matters worse, there was no automatic refund issued. I had to spend hours communicating with support just to get my money back. They should have proactively contacted customers to apologize and process refunds without requiring us to reach out. Very disappointing service! Now, the same subscriptions are being sold for £75 each. Caution is advised!
While buying from this company is straightforward and the prices are reasonable, returning an item is incredibly challenging. You must reach out to the company for return authorization, which is complicated by their use of an AI agent that can't provide authorization codes. After that, you need to send it back tracked at your own expense. They fail to mention that you must follow up with the shipping service and contact customer service once the return is acknowledged. If you don't pursue the return, you may never see your money again. The website only mentions expediting returns, without clarifying that it's essential for completing the return. I find this absurd as I am the customer, not the staff. When I finally managed to chat with a representative, their behavior was unhelpful and rude, blaming me for not following the return process correctly. I'm currently waiting for my return to be processed and have been advised to reach out again in 5 business days. This situation is ridiculous. The instructions provided are misleading, suggesting that monitoring tracking is just for speeding up the process, rather than a necessary step. This should be clarified on the site. I stand by my complaint regarding the rude customer service and the unreasonable return process.
My order has not arrived, and I've received vague explanations. I ordered it in October with a promised delivery date of 4/12/25. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it won't make it in time.
