This company is a total disaster. I received two different tracking numbers; the first one was useless. The second one didn't update for six days, even though I was told it would arrive in three days. They ignored my emails for assistance, so I contacted the payment service and got a refund. Now they respond to emails again, but with rude comments implying I'm trying to cheat them! I suggested they seek compensation from the courier for the lost package and that I'm entitled to a refund for an undelivered item, only to be told I should apologize and never shop with them again. Their customer service skills are nonexistent! I'm still without my item! I would steer clear of this company!
