Do NOT purchase from this seller. The items on their website do not reflect the quality of what you will receive. I ordered two cardigans for a friend, knowing I could return them if they didn't fit. Unfortunately, neither fit as they are not true to standard sizes. The vendor tried to negotiate to avoid processing a refund for an unsatisfactory item. Their policy clearly states that returns must be made within 30 days for a refund on unworn items in original packaging. I informed them the same day I received the garments that they did not fit. Even their size chart does not match global standards. I had to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back, and then they finally sent me a return shipping label while asking me to cancel the claim in exchange for a refund. I returned the items in their original condition, and the issue was finally resolved.
