I got this Furbo 14 months ago as a gift . I didn’t know I had to buy a warranty, it was a gift . I signed up for the nannie Furbo which is an additional 6.99 a month. So the Furbo stopped working, the WiFi would not connect. After literally 6 hours over two days with texting this company for help, I finally wrote them a letter threatening to report them to BBB and the Attny Hen office . 1) There is NO live CS to speak with 2) They KNOW these units don’t operate properly and if you want to buy a refurbished unit with a yearly subscription that is the ONLY way they will help you .3) this unit does not work with any community WiFi or 5G networks. I’m DONE dealing with this horrible Co. and I am filing with the BBB and NY Attny Gen office
