Scam. I got the first order. Cancelled subscription soon after. 3 months later I got charged for a repeat order unsolicited. Emailed immediately and managed to stop order and received my refund. Reassured my subscription was cancelled. Following month got charged again and this time I was told it was too late to cancel or stop order. I received oils and asked for return procedure process, they said since I got the product they wouldn’t refund. I have never been so pissed. No matter how many times we emailed back and forth, they would not accept responsibility for their continued fudge up. I ended up cancelling my credit card to safe guard my account. O yeah, origin is China.
