Scam: Do not engage

Scam. I got the first order. Cancelled subscription soon after. 3 months later I got charged for a repeat order unsolicited. Emailed immediately and managed to stop order and received my refund. Reassured my subscription was cancelled. Following month got charged again and this time I was told it was too late to cancel or stop order. I received oils and asked for return procedure process, they said since I got the product they wouldn’t refund. I have never been so pissed. No matter how many times we emailed back and forth, they would not accept responsibility for their continued fudge up. I ended up cancelling my credit card to safe guard my account. O yeah, origin is China.

I would like to give 0 stars

I would like to give 0 stars. I was scammed by this company even though I didn't take out a subscription and my credit card was charged every month. I tried several times to get my money back, which worked once. Then my credit card was charged again. Customer service simply said they had a system error and couldn't delete my data, so they couldn't do anything about it. I feel cheated and robbed.

Everything is set up just to mislead…

Everything is set up just to mislead the customers. I received my order but packaging and product name was different. After checking the tracking route, found that it originated from China and not the US. When you email the company, you get a lot of gibberish such as they’ve changed the brand name and packaging. They’ve moved facilities etc etc. When I finally called them out for cheating, they offered a 10% refund. I threw the products away. Not going to risk it. I would say that to only purchase from proper brands moving on. Please stay away from any products that say vegamane, veganic, vega anything.

It’s a scam

Ordered two hair oils and I never received them! The package is still in transit after two months and the tracking number is useless.. also, their customer service is sh**! Never ordering from them again

Never again

I've paid more than 30€ for the oil and I've never received it.The tracking system doesn't work and after a month my package is still in transit.I tried to contact their mail support but no answer and they don't have any phone number.

I sense an overseas scam…

The “manufactured and distributed by” address on their vitamins is a residential home address in Lutz, Florida that was just sold in December of 2023. The email address is a gmail. The tracking number for the package with the oils is clearly an overseas provider. The label on the vitamin is clearly printed from a standard inkjet printer. The oils haven’t even arrived yet and I know it’s going to be a disappointment. I definitely feel duped.

I don't trust this company

I don't trust this company. The pictures on their website look Ai generated and some of the video reviews on their socials have been stolen from people who aren't even using their product.
