The support for the rewards program is unhelpful, directing you to a prepaid service with no customer support. I've tried multiple stores to use my cards, but they often aren't accepted, especially online where the exact amount is required. I wish they offered cash back like others do. I'm done with this rewards system, having lost money due to expiration and frustration.
