I experienced identity theft and notified the company. They allowed over $341 in rewards to be stolen and have made resolving this issue impossible. I've been shuffled between disconnected numbers, and the only contact is a digital assistant directing me to the website, which I can't access due to the theft. I will never trust this card again.
