Showcase Cinema de Luxe Winnersh X Plus. Pros:- X plus cinema screen is wide and tall and quite good image quality- Audio is good if a little overly loud at times- Seats can be adjusted to a comfortable position- Plenty of parking- A/C is good- Good availability when our group booked Cons:- Seats are quite small and pack tight and closely together and so you have to share the armrest with whoever is next to you making social distancing not possible - Washroom design is cramped and very poor and makes everyone bump into each other at every turn, entrance, exit etc making social distancing difficult- X plus screen not clearly signposted with screen number - No hand sanitiser and extremely expensive snacks and drinks - Expensive for the overall experience - Cancellation and rebooking process very manual for the customer and harder to do than at other cinemas
