I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the manager at Winnersh branch. My husband booked to tickets to watch the new James Bond movie on the 30th October . Due to a system glitch the tickets were booked for the 31st instead this was no good as it would be a school night. When we tried to explain this to the manager at the Winnersh branch her response was “what do you want me to do” her body language and whole attitude was absolutely disgusted even my 10year old thought that she was very rude and shouldn’t be in customer services let alone the manager. Thanks for ruining my sons weekend with your awful attitude. We have 2 tickets that we haven’t been able to use thanks to your unwillingness to help and your uncaring attitude …
