If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. I will never buy tickets through this platform again. I waited in line for an event that was delayed due to an emergency. With a serious heart condition, I had to leave as doors were locked and no one was there to assist. After explaining my situation, I was told there were absolutely no refunds. When I pointed out the policy's discriminatory nature, they said to wait for a review, but weeks later, I still have no response. This company is unethical and inhumane—avoid them at all costs.
