This has been the worst experience imaginable! I strongly advise steering clear of this service. We bought tickets for my daughter’s cheer event, and it was clearly stated during the purchase that “refunds will be granted if requested before the event.” Unfortunately, our team withdrew, and I couldn’t attend. I requested a refund several days prior and submitted the necessary documentation. Initially, the service claimed their policy did not allow for refunds. After resending the documents, I was informed it would take 7-14 business days. Now that the 14 days have passed, I’m being told it will take another 14 days to see if a refund can be approved. This was clearly advertised as a refund option. This is the worst ticketing agency out there.
I wish I could rate this service with zero stars, as that’s what it truly deserves. The website is dysfunctional, customer service is unresponsive, and calling their number leads nowhere. I was told I needed to request an exchange by a specific date for a canceled event—absurd! Despite reaching out multiple times, I've received no replies. Their goal is clearly to exploit customers. It's theft, plain and simple. Avoid this terrible service for any reason.

If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. I bought two tickets for an outdoor light show, but they didn’t communicate that there were no refunds and charged a rebooking fee when I tried to change my tickets due to bad weather. They should at least provide credit for a future date.
I purchased tickets through this service for an event that turned out to be a scam. When I arrived, the venue confirmed that no such event was scheduled. The organizer's website disappeared, and the service acknowledged the event's non-existence but refused to issue a refund. My credit card company ultimately refunded me, but this service failed to protect buyers or take responsibility for selling tickets to a nonexistent event. Be cautious before purchasing through this platform.
These individuals are clearly aware they are scamming people. I purchased tickets for a show and bought refund insurance, just in case. When I requested a refund due to work commitments, they asked for proof. After providing my travel details, they claimed it wasn’t sufficient and demanded a note from my boss on company letterhead. It’s absurd to think I wanted to miss that show! I even reminded them that I paid for insurance. After I expressed my frustration, they stopped communicating altogether. I recommend never buying tickets from this service.
I bought concert tickets, but when I arrived, the barcode was invalid. The venue claimed they weren’t authorized to sell tickets through this service. I ended up paying extra money at the door. When I submitted a claim, they simply stated they couldn’t find my order. I felt scammed and was not the only one affected that day. Please, never buy from this service as they offer no resolution.

With a serious heart condition, I had to leave as doors were locked and no one was there to assist. After explaining my situation, I was told there were absolutely no refunds. When I pointed out the policy's discriminatory nature, they said to wait for a review, but weeks later, I still have no response. This company is unethical and inhumane—avoid them at all costs.
