They sent me a credential that doesn’t activate. Their website shows 'invalid barcode.' I submitted five case requests with no response, not even an automated one. Their phone number is useless, and the digital agent disconnects you after asking for assistance. This is the worst customer service I have encountered in decades, surpassing even the worst credit card companies. This service only wants your money and then ignores you. It's baffling how they remain in business.
