Pathetic 'customer care' - they don't care at all...Due to a bug in a website's UI I purchased tickets to an event on the wrong date.Immediately I contacted customer care and explained the issue in detail. I was given a typical generic (probably automated) response along the lines of "our policy is no refunds or exhanges".No care or common human sense applied at all, as is becoming more and more common in todays world.Avoid, and try and get your tickets from a more respectable provider
