Awful experience with this company! After being unable to attend an event because my flight was canceled, and kindly refunding my money since the reason for my absence from the event was of no cause of my own, they'd rather fight me for my money. They told my card company that I should have had insurance and that I do not deserve my money back. What kind of customer service oriented company is that?
