I purchased this showerhead due to numerous ads claiming it improves water pressure, as I have low pressure in my shower. Unfortunately, it did nothing to help and actually made it worse, as it only has one mode without options to adjust pressure. I also have dry skin from the local water and saw no improvement during the weeks I used it before switching to a different product.
