I purchased this showerhead due to numerous ads claiming it improves water pressure, as I have low pressure in my shower. Unfortunately, it did nothing to help and actually made it worse, as it only has one mode without options to adjust pressure. I also have dry skin from the local water and saw no improvement during the weeks I used it before switching to a different product.
We are very satisfied with the product. After about six months of use, we encountered an issue, and the support team responded quickly and sent us a replacement right away. Overall, a fantastic product and excellent service. I would recommend them!
I purchased the showerhead and filter two months ago, and the difference is minimal. My hair feels slightly softer, but I don’t notice much change in my skin. The filter looks brand new, so I’m unsure if it's actually doing its job. I plan to buy a new filter soon to see if it makes a significant difference.

UPDATE: The company is requesting additional information this morning—almost two weeks later. If not provided, my review will be removed. They have my details in their system and seem to be trying to improve their Trustpilot rating by getting my review taken down. Unbelievable! Updated to one star due to their business practices. I bought this showerhead based on claims of removing impurities harmful to skin and improving water pressure. After a week, I passed it on. I’m uncertain if the filter works for impurities, and the unusual water flow pattern is off-putting. It might work for others, but it didn’t for me. The water pressure wasn’t noticeably different, so I’m returning to my old one, which will go to waste. The small holes for water seem likely to clog with calcium eventually, but perhaps that's just my experience.
