The customer service team is very kind and helpful. The showerhead looks nice, but it doesn’t perform well. After 2.5 months, I’ve only seen a small amount collected by the filter, which doesn't justify the high price. The water quality remains poor and full of calcium. I tested it by cleaning my shower before switching, but the buildup returned quickly, indicating the filter isn't effective. Kudos to the customer service team, but I wouldn’t recommend spending so much on this.
