I really enjoyed my turbo shower head for a while, but then it had a problem. The screw-in part of the plastic nozzle developed a leak on one side, and subsequently, the pressure caused a hole to form. You would expect that since it's a screw-in component, the company would provide replacement parts. Unfortunately, they do not offer such parts. Initially, they proposed a replacement, which was promising. However, they later informed me that it was outside of their two-year warranty and couldn't assist me further, other than offering a discount on a new purchase. Their response time to emails is also quite slow. As a result, my £30 shower head has become useless due to a simple plastic part that could be replaced quickly. This will be my first and last purchase from them.
