Initially I was disappointed when my shower head came, as the coating was not finished to a good standard. I emailed customer service and they sent me out a complimentary shower head.
There was no quibbling just a very apologetic email. And within a few days I received my new one and I didn’t have to send the other one back.
I really enjoyed my turbo shower head for a while, but then it had a problem. The screw-in part of the plastic nozzle developed a leak on one side, and subsequently, the pressure caused a hole to form. You would expect that since it's a screw-in component, the company would provide replacement parts. Unfortunately, they do not offer such parts. Initially, they proposed a replacement, which was promising. However, they later informed me that it was outside of their two-year warranty and couldn't assist me further, other than offering a discount on a new purchase. Their response time to emails is also quite slow. As a result, my £30 shower head has become useless due to a simple plastic part that could be replaced quickly. This will be my first and last purchase from them.
Following up on my earlier comments, they promised to send the correct filters. However, I received the exact same ones. They instructed me to return the shower head and filters for a refund. Yet, I'm left without a functioning shower in the meantime. Two weeks have passed, and they continue to ignore my emails. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.
Regret not checking reviews before purchasing. I ordered a shower speaker that took more than a month to arrive. The box was damaged, and the product appeared cheap and poorly made. I felt too embarrassed to give it as a gift, so I've been attempting to return it. The website claims they respond to emails within 24 hours, but after several emails over a couple of weeks, I've received no response and likely won't be able to return this item now. I would strongly advise against this.
This purifying shower head is of excellent quality - I've observed a significant improvement in my skin and hair after using it, and I can easily tell when the beads require replacement. The refills are very simple to buy and use. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experience!
CAUTION: After ordering a "No Drill Shower Caddy" and waiting over a week for delivery, I was disheartened to find a poorly made plastic item that felt weak and poorly finished. Additionally, it didn't fit my electric shower riser rail. I submitted a returns form but received no follow-up. The website suggests a phone contact option, but it doesn't exist. I ultimately contacted an accountancy firm in the same building to reach them. This business is part of a larger company, and the products seem to originate from overseas. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE BUSINESS, THE PRODUCTS ARE OF LOW QUALITY, THERE IS A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS DISAPPOINTING.
After our first shower head developed a crack over the years (likely from freezing in the outdoor dog shower), we needed a replacement. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was prompt. This new shower head is exceptional, especially for cleaning our long-haired Border Collie. It effectively rinses out dirt and debris from the fur. 👍🏻
I’m giving one star because I can't rate zero. This company is dreadful. I sent eight emails requesting invoice and shipping details, but they ignored all of them. Fortunately, I used a payment service that helped me get my money back. In the realm of online shopping, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with.
