Don’t even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer service!!! Seems to be a common theme with Showery reading other reviews. Just wanted a simple refund as shower head was no longer required due to changing the system completely. Poor communication, an email every 4 to 5 days even though I had provided a picture of the unopened box. Then offered a half the money back as they can’t resell returned items due to their environmental policy!! Although not reselling unused items will have a bigger impact when they are just binned! Now not getting any response. Awful company, don’t waste your time and money!
