If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. Avoid this company like the plague, it might be alright if you are happy with your order but if there is a problem then the Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered the wrong Showerhead by mistake(my own fault I know) but when I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange they ignore emails and there is no telephone number. They did eventually reply to me after several emails and said the would arrange to have a new one sent out. No details on how to send the other one back. When it never arrived I went through the whole procedure again sending multiple emails until they finally bothered to reply. They said the replacement had been lost in transit and would I like them to send another or a refund. I said I would take the refund and that is 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I am now stuck with a Showerhead I can't use. I will never use this Company again and would advise anyone else not to either
