I ordered my 2 x showery shower heads in December but before they arrived, i had somd plumbing issues which resulted in calling a professional. As i have a gravity, pump led water system, i was recommended to not use these types of shower heads as it would damage the pump system. When they arrived i attemped to message Showery to instigate a return using their contact form. I had no response. I then emailed their customer services, no response. I have now attempted to contact them 6 times. No response. I simply want a return and refund. Despite trying to contact them on socal media (they have turned their messages off), and leaving comments on their live Showery Ads, I have had no success.Extremely poor Customer service and definitely no money back guarantee!!!
