Absolutely shocking experience. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company — you might as well order from Temu.
The item I received was extremely poor quality and made no difference whatsoever to my water pressure. The only noticeable effect was that it made the water look different, which was clearly not the intended purpose.
I emailed repeatedly for over a week requesting a return, but received no response. The only time the company replied was after I contacted my bank. Once they finally responded, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the item by offering a discount, followed by a further discount. Despite my continued requests to return it, they delayed the process.
Eventually, they provided a return address — but I was required to cover the return postage costs myself.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret making the purchase and would not recommend this company to others.
