I lost money on a photoshoot that never occurred. I booked a slot between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM since I don't live in London. I arrived before 3, checked with the photo booths about the situation, and was told that it was related to the event, with the photoshoot scheduled for 9 AM. I couldn't possibly be aware of that. They even blocked me on social media when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. They are now refusing to refund my £61, showing no remorse for their actions.
