I ordered a queen mauve signed pop, and it arrived in perfect condition. I was pleased with the quick delivery since it was a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law, and he’s going to be thrilled with it. I highly recommend this service, and I will definitely be shopping with them again soon.
I was unable to attend the Winter Comicon due to holiday obligations, which left me disappointed since a favorite guest was present. I've always wanted to have my full-size collectible signed, and it was a bonus to know another beloved guest was there too. When I learned I could send my items in, I was a bit nervous about mailing parts of my collectible, but I decided to give it a try. The representative from the service was outstanding throughout the process, responding to my emails quickly. I received my autographs back yesterday, well-packaged and in perfect condition. I would certainly use this service again.
The representative is deceptive. I initiated a project through the platform and am still waiting after five years. They keep claiming on social media that updates will be sent out but never follow through. A significant amount of money has been taken without delivering the promised goods.
I was unable to attend the Winter Comicon in London due to holiday plans and felt let down, especially since David Tennant was attending. I had hoped to get my full-size Dalek Sec autographed by him, and Freema Agyeman (Martha Jones) was also there. When I discovered I could send items in, despite my initial hesitance about mailing parts of the Dalek, I decided to give it a shot. Jason from the service was fantastic throughout the entire process, responding to my emails quickly. I received my autographs yesterday, well-packaged and in perfect condition. I would certainly use their services again.
I lost money on a photoshoot that never occurred. I booked a slot between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM since I don't live in London. I arrived before 3, checked with the photo booths about the situation, and was told that it was related to the event, with the photoshoot scheduled for 9 AM. I couldn't possibly be aware of that. They even blocked me on social media when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. They are now refusing to refund my £61, showing no remorse for their actions.
I regret to add my voice to the negative feedback regarding the platform. Years ago, I attended several events they organized, which were well-managed, friendly, and efficient. When I saw a Star Trek convention was happening in Birmingham in August 2023, I eagerly booked my ticket in February 2023. Unfortunately, surgery I was scheduled for in April was postponed and then rescheduled for the day before the convention. I reached out to the service, and they kindly allowed my ticket to roll over to the following year. However, when they later announced the event's move to Blackpool for 2024, I expressed my inability to attend and they rolled it over to 2025. They then informed me that 2025's event would also be in Blackpool. Asking for a refund was met with refusal, as they claimed I was aware of the location change. I explained that the change was announced after my ticket was rolled over. The lack of response to my emails, even regarding a potential donation to charity, has left me frustrated. I can no longer pursue a chargeback from my bank, and it seems that the service has a standard policy against refunds. I have no interest in attending their events in the future.
I wrote a review back in November 2021, so I wanted to provide an update. I finally received my refund for the diamond pass I purchased for the July 2021 convention on May 22, 2024. Best of luck to anyone still attending these events. They were wonderful before Covid, but now they seem to be run by profit-driven individuals who no longer care about the attendee experience.
In July 2022, I attended the London Film & Comic Con, which was my first and last event with this service! I wanted to meet Robert England for an autograph and emailed them beforehand to confirm signing times. I was told he would be signing in the morning, but upon arrival, I found out he wasn't signing at all and was only doing photos. I was misled. Additionally, the organization was chaotic; I waited in line for three hours to meet Christopher Lloyd. If you attend one of their events, I recommend paying on the day for tickets, as refunds for canceled guests are not provided—your ticket just rolls over to another event, which is absurd!
