I bought a dress that malfunctioned while I was wearing it. I honestly communicated this issue in detail when I requested a return. The company accepted the return, and I sent the item back, but once they received it, they changed their stance and refused a refund, even though I disclosed the fault from the start. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, with repeated requests for more photos despite having already provided enough evidence. The resolution offered was inadequate and did not comply with consumer laws regarding faulty products when the fault isn't due to misuse. This process has dragged on for weeks and has been unnecessarily stressful. Accepting a return and then declining it after the item is back with them is unfair and misleading. I would strongly caution others before purchasing, especially for event wear where quality and reliability matter. Customer service and after-sales support were very poor.
