Took a little longer than expected to get but when the dress arrived it was well worth the wait. The dress was perfect. Great material, not cheap at all. The flowers were so pretty. The slit was not bad at all, neither was the plunging neck line. It was a beautiful dress that got a ton of compliments.

Recently, I initiated a return for a dress I purchased as a Christmas gift for my sister. It wasn't her style, so we decided to return it for store credit, allowing her to select something else. Amid the holiday rush and the confusing period between Christmas and New Year, it took me a little longer to process the return. The app wasn't functioning properly, and while trying to use the website, I was presented with limited options. I selected 'faulty,' even though the dress wasn't defective; I assumed there was an issue with the portal. Today, I received an email from a representative informing me that the dress didn't qualify as faulty. However, considering it was a gift and I was just one day past the return policy (21 days), they graciously made an exception to provide store credit. The support was delightful and unexpected. This outstanding customer service reinforces why I continually choose to shop here! Thank you!!
I ordered over $600 worth of clothing that did not fit. All the clothing was large on top, which is unusual for me. I paid over $15 to return the clothes, only to be told I would only receive store credit. Now I'm out over $600 and can't even use the credit to order more clothes because they fit poorly. Plus, the store credit expires after 12 months.
