The most disappointing online shopping experience I’ve had. Their returns system didn’t work, leaving me out of pocket with no way to complete a return. Multiple emails went unanswered, revealing a serious break down in customer service. A company that makes it this difficult to resolve basic issues clearly doesn’t prioritise customer loyalty. I will not be shopping here again.
