Honestly, I would never shop at Showpo again! "Customer Happiness Team" more like "Customer don't give a damn Team". They have an abysmal returns policy that has absolutely no flexibility. Ordered a dress that was delivered late on Friday afternoon. I tried to return it the following Saturday (less than 24 hours outside their refund for cash window) and they won't honour it. They say they make the policy visible for all customers (which they do - but you need to search the fine print). All they have plastered on their hero banner that goes across every page on the website "Easy Returns and Cash Refunds Available" - when you click on this banner it doesn't take you to their returns policy. It was advertised as a beautiful "panelled knit dress" and it was anything but. The dress that arrived was poorly made, cheap quality definitely not knit, the bust is 3 sizes too big but the bottom of the dress is too small. This A Line style I have bought time and time again and normally fits my body shape perfect. Stitching coming loose at the bottom. When you contact customer service you get the same generic response. NEVER EVER EVER will I shop at Showpo again and I will tell everyone I know to beware of this business. Obviously have a short returns window to catch people out like this so they are forced to keep spending through credits at their store.
