Very unimpressed with the quality and customer service from Showpo. I purchased an outfit (top and pants set) for over $100 and tired to initiate a return approximately 23 days later as the pants are tight on me (when I purchase this size in ALL of my clothes). Unfortunately the returns policy is within 21 days however the “customer happiness” team member was so unhelpful in finding a resolution. 21 days is a short window (typically 30 days is standard) and absolutely no leeway or help in keeping the customers happy (as their title would suggest). Will not be buying from Showpo again.
