Terrible customer service. I ordered two dresses for an event, one was white and one was ivory. Both were see through and I felt the quality was not to my standard. In addition, I went to return the dresses on the 8th day after receiving them due to being unable to process the return earlier and was met with frigid and cold customer service. After 7 days, they will only offer store credit, regardless of any extenuating circumstance. They simply won’t even consider it. Instead, they’ll regurgitate the return policy to you in every interaction and provide nothing else. Their complete lack of empathy and customer focus made them infuriating and disappointing to deal with. It was very clear to me they did not care about me as a customer. I would never recommend buying from them based on this experience. Update 3/27 - I emailed their team on 3/17 per their response below and still have received no response back from the email.
