I received a dress today that doesn’t fit. I paid full price and I want to arrange a return straight away. The return portal asks for the order number and email used for the order - but when I enter into the returns portal it says it doesn’t recognise the email. When following up with customer service I’m provided with a very strange email that I didn’t recognise, which after querying its use I am told must be used. Tried it, still doesn’t work. Stating publicly that I received the dress today, I want a full refund, tried to arrange a return today (same day that I received the dress) but their return portal isn’t working so that they can’t dispute me.
