I would give it a -0 if if I could. I placed an order back on November 3, 2024 which I needed for my vacation on the weekend on November 15. I was so excited to learn it had shipped and would arrive by the 12-13 of November. However, on November 13 I received an email that it had been delivered but when I checked there was no package. I asked all around my building. Even asked for camera footage to see if it had been stolen but nothing. I had to go on my trip without my items. Come back and still no package. I start to reach out to showpo and it seems as if they are trying to help but after a few days of going through courier and showpo I have no items and no refund. I have emailed the store but have not heard from anyone at all. My items total over 150$ US dollars and nobody seems to want to get back to me. Maybe it is not their fault but it certainly isn’t my fault and the least they can do is investigate and give me a refund or store credit. Horrible customer service. Such a shame because they have great products. Hate it here though.
