What an absolute joke!! I recently purchased two dresses from showpo, and I am incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the items and the customer service I received.Upon receiving the dresses, it was clear that the quality was far below expectations. The fabric was cheap, the stitching was poor, and overall, the items did not match the description or photos online. I decided to return both dresses, but the frustration only grew from there.Despite following all the return instructions and providing all the necessary information, I was shocked to find that I was not refunded. The customer service team was unhelpful and seemed to only respond from a pre-written script, offering no real solutions or explanation for why my refund was denied. Each time I reached out, I received the same generic responses with no acknowledgment of the issues I faced, making it clear that they had no intention of honouring my request and instead providing a credit for a store I do not wish to shop at.The lack of communication and refusal to issue a refund is beyond frustrating. I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering their purchase. The poor product quality and the worst customer service I've experienced have completely soured my opinion of them.
