I've had a really poor experience with Showpo. I ordered a dress for an event and based my whole outfit upon this dress. I'm talking accessories, shoes, nails. And I received the wrong item! I didn't have time to order anything else. It wouldn't have arrived on time. Your customers service reps were not helpful in the slightest. No empathy or care. Gave me some really poor solutions that didn't work at all. Furthermore, from the error that has been made on your company's part, I have to go out of my way to send the item back. I've already wasted my time and energy ordering and waiting for a dress that wasn't what I ordered. I'm so turned off by Showpo. I would not recommend them based on their customer service alone.. The dress that I did receive was really poor quality and of a different brand but it wasn't what I ordered anyways so I have no idea what's going on there. It was such a stressful moment. I had to then go and find and buy another dress in a very short amount of time because of the error made by Showpo. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of care and empathy.
