Wish I could give zero. Have demanded for a refund and store credit that they owe me. Sent an item back that was delivered over a month ago and they refuse to give me my money back. Horrible customer service Since posting the above review, spending hours talking to two different customer service people at this company, and the post office, they still have not refunded me, or at least given me a store credit. my case was supposed to be escalated to someone in tech/customer service and no one ever contacted me. It’s been over 24 hours. The post office was nice enough today to give me a call back, and also let me know they get calls about how bad this company is all the time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
