When I received my dress, I was shocked by how terribly it fit, despite me making sure the measurements were correct. I returned and reordered a different size, hoping it would be better, but was disappointed. My seamstress actually told me to return it because of how terribly it was made, with all the seams in the wrong spots. I made sure to return within the 7 day return window, and requested a refund, not a store credit. I was told that because I had been given a store credit to purchase a different size, I would not be able to get a refund. The person I spoke with clearly couldn’t care less. Now not only am I out a dress, I’m out my hard earned money and have credit to a place I don’t even want to buy from. Disappointed and frustrated doubly, both with the dress and how scammy Showpo is. What kind of company has a 7 day return window?
