$1000 between two orders. Nothing fitted. Processed a return within 7 days of receiving the first order. Was credited instead of refunded. Multiple issues which I can’t even detail because it was pure gaslighting behaviour in the hope i’d get fed up and leave it. I had to work so hard to prove i processed the refund within 7 days. All while they told me i requested credit when I didn’t, that I processed out of the refund window which i didn’t, 2 employees telling 2 different dates of the refund window, no problem solving skills - telling me it was processed 2am on day 8 which is 11pm on day 7 based in the time difference. Will never order from them again because it was giving SCAM. Will be pursuing ACCC for unclear policies. The way they word refunds is so crafty as states 21 days but thats for 110% store credit. They also use a sham 3rd party returns portal which auto selects credit. Eventually got the refund but no sincerity or care given for customer service. The worse service i’ve ever received. Processed refund 3rd March and just got the refund yesterday
