I lodged a request for a change from a store credit return to a cash refund as I needed to purchase a bigger size for a dress for a wedding that is coming up very soon. Kara was very quick to respond to my request and although they couldn’t provide a cash refund they were able to fast track a store credit once I’d sent proof of the return being shipped. This was all resolved within 24 hours of receiving the dress and purchasing the size up. I’m very pleased with the customer service and care from Showpo and will continue to shop with them as a satisfied customer.
